EXCHANGES

We can exchanges items as long as this takes place within 14 days after the parcel has been delivered. If the item you received is not your size, you can exchange it for another size. If the new size you request is not in stock, you can exchange your order for another item of the same value. Keep in mind that you are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an exchange.  Sosticce does not provide return labels and is not responsible for third party loss of your parcel during shipping to our address in order to carry out an exchange.

Contact us with your order number so that we can commence the exchange process. Items need to be in the same condition as when they were received.  If after our check, we notice that the item appears to be used, not just in order to try it, we will not accept the exchange and we will return the item to you.

RETURNS

Sosticce offers the option of returning the item as long as this is done within 14 days of its delivery, otherwise a return cannot be made. You will receive store credit via a SOSTICCE CARD, we do not process money returns.

To process this request, you need to send an email to sosticce@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN” and provide us with the order number.

All returns exclude shipping costs, so you will need to send the item at your own cost to the address we will provide you.  We regret that we cannot cover the shipping costs, and will only be responsible for these when an item is faulty.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sosticce respects our clients’ information. This is stored as private and confidential information and is never shared with external parties. Your information is safe and encrypted. WE NEVER SEE THE INFORMATION ON YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD, we only see the address of your order and your name.
